If I place an order with you, how long will it take you, to ship to my address?
A. You should allow 7 to 10 working days, your order and countless others are Email to the warehouse, pulled from storage and package within 48 hours. Then of course the Carriers (United States Postal Service) must do their thing.
If I want to return any item what is the process?
A. Most items purchased from La Elegant Lingerie may be exchanged or returned within 20 business days from the date order is shipped. The merchandise must be in new condition, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging.
For health reasons bras, panties and thongs cannot be returned, so please make sure that you have chosen the correct size. Please Email us immediately, to let us know of your return or exchange, so that we may give you instruction as to where to mail your return (laelegantlingerie@yahoo.com). If credit is due, Credit will be issued within the next billing cycle.
Please include your order date and order number to expedite processing of your credit, a $10.00 processing fee is applied to all returns.
How do I now what size to purchase?

A. Visa, Mastercard, and Discovercard and debit card can now be process through Pay Pal or create your own Pay Pal account. If you have Pay Pal Credit card, we be glad to honor them .

What is Shipping and Handling Charges?
A. We pay our people to pull, inspect, and package your purchase and then we look for the less expensive way to ship the merchandise to you. Please note: We will try to ship your order promptly; if your entire order is not available for immediate shipment, you will be notified.
